What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

The application process was similar to most others, consisting of: online application, aptitude test, video interview, assessment centre. The application process was more friendly/relaxed than I had experienced with other applications and people were keen to assist in the application process.

Do you have any interview tips?

Having a good background understanding of what the company does and their role/responsibility within the energy sector helped me with the interview process along with an understanding of the direction the company is heading moving forward.
