What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
I've been lucky enough to get involved with some very interesting projects.
Worst
Compared to my last job at GE there are fewer social events organised outside of work.

Make sure you're up to date with current defence technologies.
Do you have any interview tips?
Lockheed Martin seeks applicants based on their technical knowledge/ability. During the assessment day, make sure any of your contributions to group discussions/assessments are well thought through, with value-added. Fewer, more in-depth contributions will stand you in better stead than loads of lesser-intellectual comments.
Don't just try to talk over everyone just to be heard, although this seems to be what other companies favour.
