What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Read though the different areas (eg. Product Development, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance etc.) really carefully before you apply and be sure you've picked the role that will best suits you. Over your 2 years on the grad scheme you'll see plenty of other areas and there may be scope to move, but its best to get it right first time!

By this stage they've decided that you're right on paper, they're just trying to figure out whether you'll fit in well with the company. Be enthusiastic. It's hard to determine exactly what they're looking for in interviews, but enthusiasm is essential.
