What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The people within the team are largely relaxed and approachable so the atmosphere is friendly making it easy to work well with others.
The work offers a challenge, in that each site you visit is different and thus the problems to be solved are different.
Worst
Little control over the work you will be doing and can be sent from one end of the country to the next at the drop of a hat due to pressing work load, thus there is little time to actually take a breath. If you are not organised it can be easy to be overwhelmed.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Grades aren't the be all and end all. It is more useful to have engaged in activities outside of study to show you have drive and ability to work with others.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself and be honest, don't tell them how you want to work for the company because of x prestigious project. Give them the reason you want to work in the field, focus on why what you will be doing is your passion since most jobs will not be high profile.
