What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

The manager of the department I am in is like a mentor for me. I really had a bad start at Essentra due to local and international management and he really helped me out of this situation.

In my current role I have a lot of responsibility. I am involved in six different projects and have the opportuntity to travel at least once a month.

The worst thing about my job was the previous local management which affected our local culture very negatively. We have groups in our department and people are not working hand in hand. In fact, they often work against each other which influences day to day activities negatively.
