What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Culture and work are the best things about my job! The culture is so genuinely lovely, and colleagues care about each other. This makes working here an absolute pleasure. On top of this, the work I have been getting shows how much trust the company places in its graduates. I have been getting increasing levels of responsibility in my work since my first day to the extent that I am now leading on a number of key projects. This means I am able to learn a lot faster, something which is very important to me.
Worst
There isn't really anything I would say I do not like about my job here.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Quite honestly, be yourself. Know and understand Heathrow's values and make sure you are aligned with them and that you believe in Heathrow's vision.
