What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The opportunity to gain experience in a range of roles and observe how a development company operates from a variety of perspectives.
Working alongside knowledgable and experienced people and having the opportunity to learn from them.
Being involved in different teams and observing various ways they achieve their differing goals to reach a common objective.

Worst

The L3 leadership apprenticeship could be a brilliant opportunity to learn. There are benefits of this course that I try my best to gain however the course is confusingly run and incoherently communicated. It seems that it may be grant funded as I do not believe it is a brilliant product that could survive on the open market.
