Have a range of answers which can be applied to various competencies, if they are real then they will come to you even if it's not the question you were expecting.

Management will want you to fit-in so act sociable.
Could be a tricky question like what kind of biscuit you would be and why, or similar! Not something you can prepare for but could be the difference!
Be prepared to meet the staff after your interview and have some questions to ask.
