What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The company ethics are very strong and it is clear they put their staff first. The Taylor Wimpey working environment is very positive and there are lots of benefits available.

In this sector there is always criticism on doing the right thing but TW does strive to do the right thing and put the customer first, which makes it easier to do your job when you know your company are morally doing the right thing.

Worst

The graduate scheme is testing when you have to move locations every 6 months - which could be from one end of the UK to the other, there are obvious benefits to this, however, this is hard when making connections.
