What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Flexibility - having the opportunity to work for a year at 3 different sites, in different business units, with a whole new different group of people in potentially a whole new area of the country. This is a huge opportunity. Probably not suited to people who aren't open to moving around and being uncertain of where they will be for 3 years, but great for someone with no ties to a particular area who wants the opportunity to explore their options for the future.
Worst
Uncertainty - as much as I love the flexibility of the Graduate Program, it does make planning ahead a little tricky as we don't find out our next placements until May, to then start in September, however this is only for the 3 years of the Grad scheme so not a huge deal long term.

Do you have any interview tips?
Assessment centre consists of an interview, a couple of group activities and some form of individual presentation.
Be yourself, offer opinions and thoughts in the group tasks as well as making sure to listen to other members of the group.
Prepare - have some knowledge of the company before the interview.
