What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Meeting many different kinds of people from different regions. Experiencing all of the different departments and having complete control over the direction of your career with full support from senior leaders in the organisation.
Worst
There is scope for the organisation to improve their graduate scheme. At times it feels as though you're forgotten as an individual. Communication between the graduate scheme and the regional offices could be better too, to ensure when a new graduate/trainee moves to a new office, their arrival is anticipated and a plan for the training is ready.

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000
