What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the company! Don't just say 'Anglian Water is a water and sewerage company that supplies the East of England', talk about campaigns such as 'drop 20' (and others), have a look at the values of Anglian Water, have a think about why we're regulated by Ofwat (as a monopoly).
Do you have any interview tips?
Always give examples for things you're talking about: if you're saying 'I have good attention to detail' give an example of a time you used this, and always always give examples in the STAR format (google it). Absolutely be yourself, it's always apparent when you're not being authentic. Demonstrate an interest in the company and show that you've done your research.
