What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Ability to build up contacts and connections throughout the company which will help me progress within my career be it at Taylor Wimpey or elsewhere.

Worst

First year of the programme is heavily dependent on those around you in your Business Unit and can, at time, involve menial tasks. This issue is far less apparent in the second year of the programme where longer placement time periods allow for greater responsibility in managing projects.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:00

Finish: 18:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
