What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Having a support network of other graduates and "graduate alumni" is fantastic as there is always someone to talk to and get advice as they will have faced a similar situation. It's also not just a graduate support network, everyone else in the company is genuinely nice, motivated people which happens because of how they conduct the interview process.

Worst

Moving teams frequently as part of the graduate schemes is challenging as you feel like unsure of new people and processes as if you are always taking a step back. But a successful person will be adaptable and use it as an opportunity to develop a great reputation in a large organisation, which will go far in their career.
