What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Spend plenty of time on your application and don't just use a generic answer you've used before. Research the company and the sectors they work in and show an interest in these areas. When I applied we didn't apply for a specific role so my answers weren't too specific to an individual area, but if you are interested in working in a specific team/department then target that in your answers. Also, if you get the chance then meet people who work at the company at a careers fair and find out what its like working at Motts.
Do you have any interview tips?
Learn about the specific role you are interviewing for but also do your background on the company. Don't try and guess what types of questions are going to come up just don't get stuck at the interview, make sure you try and work through any problem you are given even if you are not sure where you are going with it, they want to see how your mind works under pressure.
