What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

I can only speak for the building services team, we seem to look for the type of person and technical ability and I found my interview to be the most pleasant I ever had. It was all questions relating to me and my technical ability which I was more than happy to talk about.

I have had some interview experiences that are carried out by HR people and they often ask awkward types of questions. This was a face to face discussion with a member of my team and it was the best interview experience I had.
