Best

- From day one you're looked after
- Lots of different opportunities and challenges
- Your work is valued and you're respected
- There's lots of support across the business
- There are lots of graduates that you can also get support from as they can give you advice and tips on how to be successful in your role
- The graduate scheme is excellent in order to develop yourself as a person and as an employee

Worst

- I can't think of negatives that you can't solve because if you're proactive and you're willing to work hard and keep developing yourself, there is plenty of support and opportunities to do so and if you're not happy with something there's always a way to change it for the better.
