What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Even if you feel as though your skills don't typically match the role that you're applying for, you should right them down. Any experience where you have shown great communication skills, leadership or organisation is a great example of how you could fit into this company. I came from a sports and coaching background and now work within a Business Analyst team within IT and I love it.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself, I know its cliche but it's true. Relax, enjoy yourself and get everything you possibly can out of the interview.
