What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Check the company is right for you. The company at the time I applied wanted people who are confident, innovative and are genuine team players. Use a variety of situations to demonstrate your competencies. If you speak an European language, say so, if you are willing to learn for the sake of the job or for another reason, say so.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview is usually the easiest part of the assessment. I had the longest dynamic interview, I think the primary interviewer went off planned script to see if I were for real too but just give examples of how you've used your competencies from a wide range of situations and show that you will do the job.
