What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Nature of my work/job: national/international work, responsibility.
Worst
Some within other regions (not mine) were attracted with big projects but there is a risk of being siloed into a technical role with no client facing opportunities. E.g. only reporting to those outside of MM through project managers or account leads.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Current salary: £31,000 - £33,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Focus on why you want to work in the particular sector and what sets Mott MacDoanld apart from their competitors (employee owned etc).
