What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Variety of projects to get involved with so you can have a bit of a say in what you do.
Lots of internal opportunities for early career professionals to get a bit of responsibility in other areas (sustainability, social, EDI etc).
Worst
There are peaks and troughs of work as with any consultancy - we are dependant on clients needing our services.
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show your passion for consultancy work and how it is a good opportunity to learn a lot. Don't exaggerate about your experience - it's a grad role, you don't need to know everything.
