Do you have any interview tips?
Study the JLR Assessment Centre/Interview notes. These came in very useful in the Assessment Centre for me; the High Behaviour Framework is key. Try and map some of your experiences to this High Performance Framework and talk about how you demonstrate these competencies. Over all be yourself and don't push your own agenda in tasks at the expense of others.
