What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Learn the company and its values well. Research common interview questions and make sure you have a number of good examples to draw on - these should include examples of teamwork, conflict resolution, times when you had to make a difficult decision etc. etc.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure you have a good understanding of how the company works, where its main sites are, what products it produces. The interviews are quite relaxed and are 1:1, so prepare well and you will be fine.
