Must be prepared to work hard, put in long hours and don't mind being on the phone, a lot. Good communication is key to suceess well in this sort of environment, whether this is over the phone or with colleagues.

As it's an IT business, a passion for IT isn't essential but a good idea of the business model and what role it plays in the current IT world is useful. It's also good to get involved with - and understand - all aspects of the business, there's a lot.
