What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be prepared to work hard and long hours and the job will give satisfaction. It's a work hard - play hard atmosphere so there is a large social aspect as well which is great.
A lot of time on the phone means you need to be confident speaking to a variety of different people and running assessment days means you will need to take the lead on running events.
