What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The work is often challenging but support is always readily available.
Working on a variety of projects across different stages of design works gives a great understanding to the processes.
Given lots of opportunities to jump into different projects.
Worst
As with everyone, going fully Wfh due to COVID has been tough. It’s been recognised by the company though, they’ve supplied all the equipment I needed, and there’s a lot of social e-events in the calendar to help break up the day and keep me from feeling isolated!
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000
What hours do you actually work, on average?
Start: 08:30
Finish: 16:30

The interview was mostly strength based questions (I.e there is no right or wrong answer!), so be completely honest.
