Do you have any interview tips?
I was asked to complete an online coding test before I progressed to the interview stage. The interview stage consisted of two more coding tests and a face to face interview. For a developing role Fidessa is more interested in your logic and coding skills than your knowledge of financial markets; you are trained up on the latter when you start work.
