What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Travis Perkins cares more about someone's personality and their ability to learn than they do about existing skills. It's better for you to show who you are as a person and your willingness and effectiveness at learning than it is to list your grades, though having a couple of exceptionally good academic achievements would not go unnoticed if they are relevant.
Do you have any interview tips?
Just stay relaxed and act as if you're just in polite company, other than that, the interview is very similar to most other interviews you would have been to or seen examples of.
