What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be honest about your level of programming experience, they're looking for someone with the characteristics they want to develop into a software developer, not being a computer science graduate will not be a disadvantage in your interview.

Do you have any interview tips?

Understand Capgemini's business model and competitors, keep an eye on the time in the assessment centre exercises, and there's no right answer in the exercises, as long as you can justify it.
