What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Relatively flexible working environment, usually able to work on a variety of different projects and tasks rather than being stuck on the same thing all the time.
Worst
Some of the key projects worked on are legacy relics and ongoing development seems to be a case of constantly trying to fix old bugs and implement new things by plastering them on top of old functionality. The division does not fit well within the overall business structure, lying somewhat outside of the overall engineering nature of the company and therefore things like the graduate programme feel not quite suited to this particular role.
