Nothing out of the normal is required. Neat and tidy CV, good covering letter, honest and to the point answers to application questions are a good start. Don't try to write essays, just be clear and concise about why you would like to work for MM.

When you have an interview make sure you ask about what the office you will be working in is like - small/big team, other graduates, types of projects you will get involved in, job progression prospects. The MM brochure gives a lot of general aspects of the company, but each office will be different, so make sure you know what the local condition are like!
