Best
Work-life balance is excellent, the company has a deep understanding of what is expected from a graduate. Therefore they also put focus on training and the graduate scheme, to further develop within the business.

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show interest in what the company offers as part of the application questions and how you can relate to this. Examples could be to how historical projects have impacted you, or particular interest in a current relevant project.
Do you have any interview tips?
To have reviewed basic concepts before the interview, in order to show competence within the field.
Prepare examples of problems that have previously been encountered that can be related to issues faced on a day-to-day basis. This doesn't have to be related to engineering, but demonstrates 'people skills' (e.g. have you previously organised events).
Be honest about strengths/weaknesses, showing how you approach developing weaknesses and nurturing strengths shows potential value to the team more than just technical knowledge.
