The flexibility of the job, sometimes you can be out of the office carrying out surveys and inspections, other days you can be in the office. Also have the opportunity to work from home if necessary, and there is a wide range of support networks around you such as the Business Services department which, for example can complete schedules for reports etc.
Opportunity to work with high profile clients and the support network between colleagues and the departments. Feel like there's always someone to ask for help if needed.
The pressure on you to learn as quickly as possible, however, the opportunity is there and you've got to be self-motivated for the role.
