What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I really enjoy the variety of work undertaken on a day-to-day basis and the work life balance. There is a real focus on taking care of employees and keeping the work interesting.

Worst

Possibly would be good if there was more opportunity for feedback, both from graduates on how you think you could be better managed and from managers on how your work could be improved. A monthly 1-to-1 session that would provide some constructive criticism would be helpful in allowing you to develop and improve, especially as a graduate. Another idea would be to provide graduate sessions at lunchtime that would enhance your knowledge of the theory behind the practical work being completed on a daily basis.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000
