What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Second-year graduate running my own projects with own clients. Trusted to go out and meet clients alone. Great team. Loads of opportunities to progress my learning.
Worst
We get the more difficult clients - projects which aren't automatically a 100% fundable and profitable. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, though, as it means we work harder to use our initiative to find solutions to make things work.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
No spelling mistakes and don't include every piece of work experience ever - only those which are relevant.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be commercially aware. Be open, friendly and presentable. Talk to lots of people at the assessment centre. Show that you understand how GVA's offering is different to other firms and why that is what you are interested in, i.e. very friendly working environment, business more driven by consultancy rather than agency, etc.
