What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The people I work with are lovely, it makes the days so much easier. Being around kind people allows you to ask questions and grow as an employee, my team are so supportive. I always feel able to ask anyone questions.
Worst
The nature of consultancy is that the work comes in ebbs and flows, some days can be really busy and some can be much quieter. I wouldn't say this is a bad thing though.

Be yourself and relax. If you've got to interview stage then you've met the criteria required so the interview is a conversation. You really want to show that your personality will bring a positive energy into the team. It is fine to let the conversation be more informal and ask questions to your interviewers, this shows you're interested!
