What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do your research - Catlin puts a lot of weight on its core values and how they fit into the company on a day to day basis. Make sure you also do some research on the industry and how Catlin plays a part in it.
Do you have any interview tips?
Don't go crazy with preparations for the techinical rounds and assessment centres, there's not much you can do before you get there! They ultimately just want to see how you think and whether you'd fit in. Don't worry too much about coming across as nervous, they'll be expecting it, but make sure you don't let your nerves take over.
