What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Often loads of applications are necessary to secure interviews, never mind a role - from personal experience I found I was far more likely to get to interview stage if there was no video interview so perhaps look into the steps of an application and prioritise the ones which give you the best chance.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure you know why you want a job within that specific sector of the industry and are able to articulate this when asked so interviewers can recognise that you are truly interested in the role you are interviewing for.
