What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The Graduate Scheme is flexible, supportive and well-run. The company are used to rotating graduates with measures in place to make sure we each have the responsibility, training and support we require. The company as a whole has a positive working atmosphere and is booming.
Worst
Rotating every few months can have its drawbacks such as not being able to build strong working relationships and limiting opportunities to higher-level responsibility.
