What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I'd suggest candidates who are considering applying to Catlin research the values Catlin prize. Transparency, Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity and Dignity are at the core of everything we do at Catlin and it is really important that candidates assess these values and think about whether Catlin is a firm they want to be involved with.
Furthermore I'd suggest that candidates research our placement in the market and how we got there in our short history. It would also be worth gathering information about our plans for expansion and the opportunities this may bring - whilst I think a growing organisation is an exciting one to be part of it is worth considering for potential candidates.
