What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Fill it in one day and then come back to it a day or 2 later and re-read to check your responses - you may have thought of some better examples for the questions.
For the online tests, practice helps a lot. I would generally consider accuracy to be of more importance than answering all of the questions, and practice will enable the most questions to be answered, accurately.
Do you have any interview tips?
Think of examples of things that you have done that demonstrate the company best behaviours, you can probably find these on the careers website somewhere if they aren't included in the interview pack.
At the assessment centres make sure to be social, don't just sit quiet in a corner as much as you want to, you never know when assessors will see you and the small things can make all the difference. If they have seen you interacting confidently and appropriately with other people outside of the interview then it might go to help in interviews if nerves get the better of you.
