What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Think about and plan the application question answers before you put them online. Practising for the online assessment is very important as you only have one chance to do them and you will kick yourself if you don't answer them as well as you can.
Do you have any interview tips?
Once you make it to the assessment centre it is taken that your CV and qualifications have been accepted as of a high enough standard and you only need certificates to prove it.
The assessment centre seems to focus on you interpersonal and team working skills. It is also an opportunity to pull from extra curricular experiences and it is worth looking through the high performance behaviours, I was sent these before the assessment centre.
