Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest with your answers to the personality tests, it determines whether you would be a good fit to the company. The people who acted on that test to fit the company culture that they have read about, usually realise the company is not for them after loosing time in the grad scheme.
Do practice for the maths tests.

Have at least two stories that you can tell using the STAR technique, for each of the high performance behaviours.
Also be clear in your head for the reason why you would like to join Jaguar Land Rover. Have a clear aim and sense of direction. Having thought about the future of the car industry (from many different perspectives) also helps.
