What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Good teamwork is key and try to think of practical, real-world examples for questions that you might get asked (for instance times that you ran a team, solved a dispute etc.)
Do you have any interview tips?
There will be a team activity - people cope differently under stress; some will become very loud and try and make their voices heard over everyone else. This is not what the interviewers are looking for - so don't worry if you feel that you're quieter than some others. Just make sure that your contributions are considered and try to show that you can listen and take other peoples ideas on board.
