Work from home (due to COVID-19) leads to missing out on the office atmosphere, especially as a new starter. You have to arrange meetings with people which under normal circumstances would be a 5 minute conversation in the break room or at someone's desk.
Hard to pick out many negatives - it's surpassed what I expected from the graduate scheme

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do your research and get across why Anglian Water is a company which you want to work for. Add things to your application that will make you stand out from the crowd and be ready to explain why they are an attractive point as a candidate.

Be honest and be yourself - it's important to be honest with answers and not to worry if there's something which you get wrong. Make sure you know your CV and also things that aren't on it too - sometimes questions asked were about negative points in your career so far (perhaps something that hadn't gone to plan and how you showed resilience)
