What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Amazing culture at Schneider. The teams and colleagues I've interacted with over the past 8 months exude a huge amount of passion and purpose and that means a great company culture of support and innovation. It's a really enjoyable, exciting environment to be in.

Worst

The first year at the company can be a bit confusing. It's such a large business, made up of several business units selling so many different products to a lot of different industries through a lot of different channels. It's a lot to try and keep up with. But when you accept that you're never going to know everything, it's not so intimidating and you can pick up what you need to over time.
