Having only been at Countryside for 3 months, the best thing so far is the amount of exposure we have been given to those key members of staff at the top of the ranks. With organised meetings, conferences and other activities, it is clear that Countryside regards their graduates highly and want to give them the best opportunities to succeed right from the get-go.

Worst

I have not encountered anything I don't like about my job since I have started.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure that you convey what is important to you personally and what you want to achieve out of the graduate programme. You don't have to know 100% what it is that you want to do at the end of the scheme, but having a general idea of the potential options will help the recruitment team understand that you are aware of what this industry involves and that you want to be a part of it.

Do you have any interview tips?

The most important advice is to be yourself. All members of staff along the recruitment process are really nice and approachable, so you will feel more at ease. Your knowledge and personality will come through in this sort of environment. Discuss your ethos and your aspirations in conjunction with the company.
