Clear progression and trust from the start- immediately put into positions of some authority, which from the start helps with leadership qualities.
Worst
Sometimes feels like you are thrown into contracts where they maybe don't have as strong a plan for you as the graduate team, so you could get lost in the chaos, depending on what contract you are on.

Do you have any interview tips?
The assessment day can be daunting, treat it almost like a performance- constantly energetic and enthusiastic. For interviews it's strength based, so construct answers where your skills can be transferred into the job. Asked a lot about myself, rather than the company. Fun group activities is all about showing an ability to work in teams.
