What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Getting a feel for each rotation for a good amount of time. Get to engage regularly with the Executive Committee. Feel valued and treated as an adult, rather than an apprentice.
Worst
Some rotations can lack sufficient workload and you feel yourself constantly asking for work, which sometimes feels like they're giving you work to keep you busy, rather than to help the company.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be sociable in the assessment day, be yourself and don't try and match the loudest person in the room - they're not looking for this type of person. Be a team player and help others succeed on the day.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be relaxed, it feels more of an informal chat than an interview. Answer truthfully and engage a conversation more than sitting answering questions.
