What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Level of projects I am lead finance person for, both in quantity and quality - it shows that there is a level of trust within the company for what are quite key innovation projects across EMEA.
Worst
Stretched resources leading to more work landing on desks, extra hours worked with little to no compensation.
Additionally this means that while the support is there, there is seldom time for training and handover when moving into roles - hitting the ground running seems to be the norm!
